IBEW Local 233 is seeking expressions of interest from members who would like to attend the Tradeswomen Build Nations (TWBN) Conference, taking place October 9–11, 2026, in Houston, TX.

TWBN is the largest gathering of union tradeswomen in North America, offering education, networking, leadership development, and connection with sisters across the building trades.

We have 2 spots available this year. Members interested in attending should submit an email of interest including your name, classification (Apprentice, Journeyman, etc.), why you want to attend, and how you will share what you learn with the local.

IBEW Local 233 will cover travel, lodging, meals, and lost wages.
