NO VOTES FOR RTW HB 448 "CLICK READ MORE' FOR THE LIST

HB 448 RTW HAS BEEN TABLED!!! THIS ISN'T A FINAL NAIL IN THE COFFIN AS THERE IS A CHANCE THEY COULD BLAST IT TO THE FLOOR THIS WEEK, BUT ITS ONE STEP CLOSER TO BURYING RTW FOR ANOTHER LEGISLATIVE CYCLE.

WE HAD MANY BILLS TABLED BECAUSE OF YOU!!! WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIGHT BACK AGAINST BAD LEGISLATURE BECAUSE OF THE SISTERS AND BROTHERS OF THE IBEW AND OTHER UNIONS COMING TOGETHER FOR A COMMON GOAL WHICH IS TO SAVE OUR UNIONS AND KEEP OUR STANDARDS OF LIVING GROWING INSTEAD OF DECLINING! THANK YOU ALL!

Labor Unions all joined forces today to help fight SB 140 a bad bill attacking our nurses and first responders as well as all non-profits in the state. Lots of hard work since legislation started at the first of the month. We have testified on multiple bills against labor, licenses and unions with many more to come and even more on the watch list.

The Legislature is here!! It's that time again. They have over 4300 possible bills coming our way so far. Many of these won't make it to a committee but it gives you an idea what we are up against. Over 40 are right to work bills, with many more against workers' wages and union rights and benefits. We can't do this alone and will need everyone's help.

HB 13 which is the bill that gives state workers a wage increase as well as other negotiated benefits, had its first hearing in the legislature yesterday (01/03/23). The following are comments from Larry Nielsen, the MFPE Field Consultant - "There was a large contingency of union representatives in the room to show their support. Rep.

One of the most important rights we enjoy as citizens of Montana and the USA is the right to vote for the people who make and uphold our laws. This right is the foundation upon which our democratic form of government is based. Many people in the world do not share this right. It's a civic duty we should all feel privileged to perform.
